IIM Ranchi's Young Changemakers Programme is a residential rural immersion bootcamp for students in grades 9–12,  that gives them a firsthand look at actual societal issues.  In addition to developing leadership, empathy, and entrepreneurial thinking, participants visit tribal villages to study local problems, co-design sustainable solutions with residents, and potentially win scholarships for need-based applicants.
