The University of Manchester Summer School – India | June 2026 An exciting opportunity is available for students to experience world-class learning through the University of Manchester Summer School in India, scheduled for June 2026. This five-day immersive program is designed for high-achieving Grade X and XI students who want to explore global academic learning and future study opportunities. The program includes interactive masterclasses, hands-on workshops, and practical learning experiences across key fields in modern science and society. Each pathway offers students a glimpse of undergraduate-level study inspired by programs at The University of Manchester, delivered through research-led academic approaches. Students will also receive guidance on studying in the UK, the university application process, and student life at Manchester, helping them understand international education pathways. This summer school provides a valuable opportunity for students to gain international exposure, explore academic interests, and experience a global learning environment. Who Can Apply? The Manchester Explorer Summer School is open to Grade 10 and Grade 11 students at the time of application. Admission is merit-based and evaluated using Grade 10 results or predicted grades. Eligibility Requirements: • CBSE / CISCE: Minimum 85% overall, including Mathematics, Science, and English, with 85% in English. • Indian State Boards (Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Gujarat): Minimum 90% overall, including Mathematics, Science, and English, with 90% in English. • West Bengal State Board: Minimum 80% overall, including Mathematics, Science, and English, with 80% in English. • GCSE / iGCSE: At least four subjects with Grade 6/B, including Mathematics and Science, and Grade 4/C in English Language. • IB Middle Years Programme (MYP): Minimum 5 in three subjects, including Mathematics, English, and one Science. The program is ideal for curious and motivated students interested in science, innovation, and exploring future-focused careers. Application Deadline: 6 April 2026 Priority will be given to Grade 11 students with final Grade 10 results. Grade 10 students with strong predicted scores or transcripts may also be considered DATES 1-5 June 2026, 09:00AM - 15.00 PM Five full days of discovery, challenge, and inspiration in Health, Science and Engineering.
