Smart India Hackathon (SIH)

The Smart India Hackathon (SIH) is India's greatest innovation challenge, held by the Ministry of Education's Innovation Cell and AICTE.  It invites college students to establish six-person teams (at least one female) to address real-world issues raised by government ministries, PSUs, and industries.  The national event includes both software (36-hour) and hardware courses in 17 theme areas ranging from health technology to disaster management.
