The Flame University Summer Immersion Program (FUSIP) is a multi-week residential experience for high school students to explore liberal arts and sciences education at FLAME University. The program offers a hands-on introduction to university life through academic workshops, lectures, group projects, and interdisciplinary exploration, fostering critical thinking and collaboration while providing a preview of the university's campus and community.  

What Students Do in the Program

  • Explore Academics:

    Students engage with various disciplines through hands-on activities and in-depth lectures on subjects like "Nature's Canvas," "Data Visualization," and "Climate Change". 

  • Develop Skills:

    FUSIP focuses on developing leadership, teamwork, effective communication, and critical thinking skills. 

  • Experience Campus Life:

    High schoolers get a first-hand glimpse of what it's like to live and study at FLAME University, with opportunities to interact with students from across India and internationally. 

  • Engage in Interdisciplinary Learning:

    The program provides an introduction to liberal education, emphasizing research and interaction with diverse concepts.
