EngineerGirl, launched in 2001 by the National Academy of Engineering (NAE), highlights the exciting opportunities engineering offers for girls and women, who remain underrepresented in the field. The platform inspires young women to pursue engineering by showcasing its role in innovation, creativity, and solving global challenges. Guided by a Girls Advisory Board and supported by the NAE, EngineerGirl aims to foster diversity in engineering, ensuring that future problem-solvers fully represent the world’s population.
