Conrad Challenge

Equinor's Conrad Challenge is a year-long innovation and entrepreneurship program for 13-18-year-old youth. Teams consist of 2-5 students and a coach, completing four stages: activation, lean canvas, innovation, and power pitch. The program supports creative solutions in aerospace, cyber-technology, energy, and health and nutrition. Finalists pitch their concepts for scholarships, intellectual property support, and industry visibility.
