Brighten and Sussex Medical jobshadow program

BSMS provides free virtual work experience to prospective medical students.  Six specialty-focused programs let learners explore NHS healthcare positions, comprehend ethical challenges, and gain insight into medical practice.  Reflective exercises are used to assist students express their experiences and determine their potential for medical jobs.
