The Lane Fine Arts Scholarship is a talent-based scholarship offered by Wesleyan College to students who show exceptional ability in Fine Arts.

It is awarded to students planning to major or actively participate in:

• Theatre / Drama
•  Music (Vocal or Instrumental)
• Studio Art / Visual Arts
• Dance
• Creative & Performing Arts

Deadline to apply 2nd February 2026

Scholarship Value

• Typically ranges from USD $2,000 to $10,000 per year
• Can be renewable for up to 4 years
• Can often be combined with academic scholarships at Wesleyan

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered, a student must:

• Apply for undergraduate admission to Wesleyan College
• Show strong talent in Fine Arts
• Submit:
  • Portfolio OR
  • Audition OR
  • Performance recording
• Be willing to participate in college art programs / performances

Both domestic and international students can apply.

• Artistic talent & creativity
• Quality of portfolio / audition
• Potential contribution to campus art community
• Commitment to continue arts at Wesleyan
